Finally after a 5 month wait I pulled the trigger on this whole hog BR rifle I put together from parts from all over the place.
The first two shots (107SMK-29.0-RL-15-PMC) were touching at 100 yards, and then it rained, so I quit..
BAT SV action, trigger guard, scope base---
Pac-Nor 1.350 3 groove 28" SS/SM 6mmbrNorma .272nk---
1.5 ounce Jewell trigger---
12X42NXS Nightforce---
4 Burris Signature rings cause I like em---
Shehane stock I inletted for the BAT,and changed a few things, and 30 coats of wet sanded Urethane..
Limbsaver pad cause I like em too.....
Tips the scale at 25#'s
I built it for groundhogs but it sure should be able to compete with the big boys.....

Nice looking rifle!
The 30 coats of finish ought to look like a mirror and real deep, almost like you can reach down through it.
If the Sierras don't perform as good as you want, try some of the Bergers and see what they can do especially on groundhogs.
Best.
Nice rifle.
What an outstanding piece of weaponry! Groundhogs beware. -best of luck to you with this.
