Hi; I don't know if this is the right place for this question, or if it should be in the "Ask the experts" section.
I want to zero in my Grandsons .243 as well as my 30-30 for 100 yards. All I have is a 50 yard range to shoot at. If I zero in 1" high at 50 yards, will I be on at 100 yards? Thanks, Mike

For the same bullet/sights however, setting your 50yd impact center to 2" high will keep you +/- 3" out to 200yd (175yd zero). Just hold in the center of the deer's chest.
For the 243, assuming it's scoped, 1/4" high at 50yd will give you a 100yd zero for a Rem 90gr BT.
