Velocity Spreads--What is reasonable?

I had about a dozen or so loads developed for SW500 caliber (various bullets 330-500 grain) with velocity spreads under 15fps. My powder is no longer available and now the tightest spreads I can achieve are around 25fps. How bad will this affect accuracy on bullets in this weight range at 1350-1700 fps velocities? (I don't have a Ransome-rest to just try it out--but some of my customers might!)

25 fps extreme spread isn't a big deal for handgun ammo.
The NEF can be had for $200.
The 500 mag IMHO can be lots of fun to shoot , as long as I stay away from those 440gr or bigger bullets .
Waiting for someone to load and shoot some of these monsters [xx(]
