Hey all,
I am looking for some load info. using the barnes 200 Gr. triple shock bullets in .35 caliber, in a .350 Remington Magnum. I know that the usual answer is to start with the minimum x-bullet loads, but the manual I have lists no x-bullet in this cailber at 200 grs. I will be giving barnes a call on Monday, but any other experiences would be helpful. Thanks.

What powders do you have on hand?
H335
BLC/2
H/IMR-4895
AA-2460
Re-7
These are a few listed.
Best.
You need to start your loads with the bullet seated 0.050" off from the lands which means you have to establish where the lands are in relationship to your chamber. You can seat closer but remember that pressure rises the closer you get to the lands. Most loads for these bullets semm to perform their best when at least 0.050" off of the lands.
This is from a Barnes Manual:
H-335 = (MIN.) 53 gr.
H-335 = (MAX.) 58 gr.
IMR-4895 = same as above.
Best.
