Just in case you did not receive my PM, here is the information you asked me for on my pet 22 K-Hornet loads;
Start with 12.5 grains of 2400, and slowly work up to 13.0 grains (under a 45 grain Sierra bullet). My old converted Winder Musket really likes 12.9 grains[^].

I did not get the PM message. I was looking in the older reloading manuals tonight for some useful information. I have 2400 out on the bench now and was looking for a place to start; I'll load a few at 12.5 and start from there.
If the weather holds I'll do my chrono tests tomorrow afternoon and let you know what I find.
