How accurate is the Remington 504-T? Is 5 shot groups at 50yds in the .2s and .3s expecting to much? Any one know of any ways to improve the Remington 504-T accuracy. Anyone had any experience on adjusting the trigger pull weight?

Have you tried different brands and lots even of the same brand. I have done a lot of Ransom Rest testing with pistols and I know most people looking for small groups in centerfire guns Load their own ammo. But even here some lots of factory ammo shoot very well. With rim fire it is a whole new ball game the high dollar ammo will all shoot very well but even then one lot number will shoot better then others. On cheaper ammo these good vs. not so good lots will vary much more. For the most part standard velocity ammo will shoot smaller groups then high velocity.
