I have been reloading for years and I have load books but what I am looking for is loads for the M1A shooting the Sierra #2200 168g BTHP match bullets. I have a Springfield M1A National Match and as I have not loaded for it yet I thought I would ask if anyone has pet loads or a duplicate load that the rifle teams use for competition. Thank you.

Good luck.................[^].
There are threads listing lots of accuracy loads for the M1A on GB. They are fairly standard simply because of the M1A operating system. Your rifle will tell you when it's happy with which load.
My suggestion is that unless you're concentrating on short range (0 to 300 yds), I would switch to the Sierra 175 gr. MK #2275 for your accuracy testing. It's a much better bullet for accuracy.
The military loads are:
Start = 38.0 gr. IMR-4895
Max. = 40.0 gr. IMR-4895
I happen to like IMR-3031 for a slightly improved burn rate and cleanliness. Just start a little lower than the IMR-4895 and work up.
You should also look at AA-2460, AA-2520, and V V N-135.
Best.
Federal match primers.
