Will military surplus 4895 powder yield similar results to commercial IMR and Hodgdon 4895? Just for cheaper plinking loads so it doesnt have to be perfect. Where would I get data for it?

I also would like to know if there is a source for this powder available.

they list out of stock, but they may be able to tell you when it is available
It is good stuff, I haven't noticed any difference compared to commercial 4895, so if you find it, go for it.
