paintballs are made of

I heard a rumor that paint balls started after a castration drive.
All the balls not eaten by the workers were thrown around the place.

It became like tag, and they soaked the balls in fresh blood to leave an identifying mark if you got hit,

Mr. Moderatationor, you will confirm this is true, won't you?
Thre facts must be open to all that we might judge with informed minds.

Splatzone is right. Paintguns were first invented to mark trees that is why the first game was played with oil based paint. Second the .68 caliber was chosen because that is the size pill that they used to give to cattle and just used that size to make paintballs out of. First paintball was made by nelson.
