I'm reloading some .45 ACP brass. I'm wanting some info for "Unique" powder. I'm seating 185gr. LSWC. Can someone please help? Also, I need a seat close to the podium for the next Ted Kennedy speech! hahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!

Have you checked Alliant's website for data?

5.0 grains of Unique is a nice starting place.
We assume that you already have at least one reloading manual. That or Alliants website is the safest place to look for load info.

I use 4.5 grains of Bullseye, and 4.2 grains of 700x, both of which produce a good round.

I agree w/classic, Unique is a bit slow for the .45. It does make great reduced power loads for the .41Mag or the .44Mag (800 to 1000 fps) but otherwise - save it for the shotgun - where it will burn too dirty to be of much use[:p]
I did find a good load for a light bullet (90 gr.) in a 9MM using Unique so with patience you may fing one for the .45 (but I kinda doubt it).
