I just received a box of .577 s brass marked "n.d.f.s.", any one know who made this? Now all I need is a rifle to use it[:D]

That is North Devon Firearms Service. It is excellent turned brass. NDFS has been closed for over 4 years now. Supplies of NDSF brass are long gone.
