I use a Hogue Power Speed. Certainly not the fanciest or most expensive holster out there, but I have never been DQ'ed for my gun falling out. It is mighty fast in full race mode(just held by magnets), and you can pick yourself off the ground if you have it locked. I Usually keep mine locked 100% of the time, as my thumb pushes down the lock handle when I grab the gun.

If you watch you can find them for under $75.

I have a CRspeed that I use on a P14-45. No trouble with it in the three years I have had it.

A big disadvantage of the P14-45 is mag capacity and recoil. The 40 caliber shooters will get you most of the time due to these factors, from my experience.

Try Bladetec, they work fine for me.
