Howa 1500

Need some opinions on a Howa1500 24in Stainless steel with a 1:12 Rate 204 Ruger. I just want to know how good quality it is compared to a Ruger, Browning, Savage, Remington etc. Good Trigger? Good barrel quality? I like the stock on it. Group size? what can be expected. Thanks in Advance

    My dad has a S&W 1500 .223 same gun made for them by Howa. His has a standard barrel and would shoot 3/8" groups off the bench. Well built and good quality.
