which mechanical powder measure is best for throwing rifle powders? i use alot of imr 4895 and 10x powders.any suggestions?thanks

RCBS, Hornaday and Lee all have good stuff. The basic premise is to accurately control a VOLUME of powder in a repeatable manner. They all do very well for the average shooter.

The shape and orientation of the 'adjustable volume' can make one model throw one powder style better than another (flake, round, cylider, etc.). But after a little practice with set-up and techniques, most will do the job (I use IMR powders often, and my Lyman tosses consistent amounts).
Get a good quality measure that you like. Have a scale to adjust or check your loading. Be consistent, careful, and ENJOY !!!
