.20 Pup

Anyone know how to form .20 Pup brass? I know the .20 Pup is a shortened .220 Russian (.175 inch I think) and it is necked down to .20 cal. But I cannot find reloading dies for a .20 Pup and I cannot find form dies either. Thanks in advance for any help.
