Welcome to the GB forums!
It depends on what is on the label. If it says Vectan, I might be able to help. If it just states #9, #10, I'm not sure I can do anything. There were some Nobel reloading manuals out there, I think Graf & Sons was selling them.
If all else fails, you can contact Nobel Sports:
http://www.nobelsport.fr/
Under the drop down menu 'COMPOSANTS' select 'Contacts' and choose which director you need.
Best.

I once had a FBI bud "give" me a ten pound can (coffee) of pistol power.. pulled from 45 ACPs. My garden that year was the best!
Seriously, I've tried hand-me-down powder of a known type (Bullseye) from a friend and after several bullets stuck in barrels I pulled all remaining rounds and disposed of the rest of the powder.
I'll never again use second-hand powders from anybody, as you have no way of knowing how good it is, despite the givers best intentions. I understand if you're strapped for cash and every dollar counts, but it's not worth the trouble for the cost of new powder.
