308 Frangilbe bullet loading info

Bought some the hard plastic projectiles , can not find any loading data , They are 108 grain . Any loading info or info of any kind will be a big help .

they are flatbase have a green tip with a gray white painted ban below green tip

M160 or M22 bullet? I haven't been able to find a powder conversion. Got me stumped.
