H4831 & H4831sc

Can anyone tell me the difference between these powders? If they are two completely different powders due they both have slower burn rates than IMR4831. I'm trying to work up a load for a 250 Hell diver or 25.06 Ackley Improved. Any help would be appreciated.

Load wise it is identical powder. The only difference is 4823sc is "short cut". Each piece of the powder has been cut to a shorter length to allow for better metering. Works real nice.

I have loaded several hundred rounds of .338 win mag with H4831 and H4831SC. I never saw any difference across the crony or in accuracy. I mixed some rounds loaded with regular 4831 and some with the SC. They shot the same groups. I only buy the H4831SC now since it meters so nice and is denser in the case.

H4831 & H4831sc shoot the same for me... in 270WSM and 300 WM.
H4831sc is easier to reload, though.
