What's the fastest load you have had experinace with?
How bout the most power.?

    According to my Speer manual, I've run 158-gr JHP's out to about 1265 fps. The book sez 125-ers will scoot to 1700 fps. (Using 2400) I've worked both loads up in a six-inch S&W model 28, but I didn't like the rattle and hum. Seemed like I was gonna shake the gun apart. Accuracy wasn't as good as slower loads. These days, I stick with lead loads under 1,000 fps and that old soldier will punch cloverleafs, if I'm up to it.
