Selling/shipping black powder ??

Help !!! I have sold off most of my old military rifles and am now selling off all my ammo,parts, etc. The question I have - I have 38 lbs of Goex FFG black powder. This was bought in 1991 and stored in a cool dry place ( Wyoming ).One case has never been opened. Now what are current rules on selling and shipping black powder ? Thanks, panrider

    Ships Haz-Mat, so you'll pay an extra $25 for up to 25 #, I think (maybe it's $20 per 25#). In any event, it's insanely expensive, so shipping is a bad idea.
