Cryofreezing Question?? Adverse affects noted...

I just had my Weatherby SVM cryo'ed and it does not seem to be as accurate as it was before. My groups at 500 yards have gone from +/-2" to 5"!!! My 100 yard groups have gone from /8" to 1". This is with the same load and everything.
Here's my next question: I had it cryo'ed without cleaning it first. My gunsmith said that it should not be a problem. He said it would probably pop the copper out of the bore when he cryo'ed it. Now, I cannot seem to get all of the copper out of it. I spent 2.5 hours cleaning it the other day with 2 treatments of Sweets 7.62, one treatment of Tetra Copper Solvent, and I don't know how much Hopps #9...and there is still copper in the bore. If you shine a sure fire flashlight down the muzzle, the rifling has an orange hughe (sp?) to it and there are some bright orange streaks next to the rifling. I was able to get a lot of the copper out, but not all of it. Any suggestions???? Could this be what is causing my accuracy problems? Thanks for any feedback I can get.
PS. I had this one cryo'ed in hopes that it would reduce the flyer I seem to be getting on my last shot in each group.

why chase the game when the bullet can get em from here?....
Got Balistics?
I'm going to state the obvious right up front but don't take it the wrong way.
If I had a Weatherby (any model) that was shooting 3/8" @ 100 yds. and 2" @ 500 yds.
I WOULDN'T EVER DO ANYTHING TO AT ALL!
That is terrific accuracy for any factory rifle by any manufacturer and it's not even a bench rifle. How much better did you expect?
Krieger barrels, buttoned or cut, are cryo'd at the shop as a part of the production process. John used to cryo twice but has since decided that once is enough.
You will have to start your load work up over as pointed out above because the harmonics of the barrel have been changed significantly. Get an agressive copper cleaner such as Wipe-Out and let it work in the barrel. If that doesn't work (it should), you may have to resort to using some sort of polishing compound like JB or Remington.
Best.
