Anyone lookin for a new loading press ?

Not sure if this was posted yet , but ,
Hornady is running a promo deal , if you buy a new
" Loc - and - Load " press , they will GIVE you 1000 bullets FREE
Says at their web site up to $200 some odd dollars ( $285.oo I think )
You can get any cal. or bullet type you like .
A buddy at work just told me that his brother got one , and he also got 1000 40 cal XTP bullets FREE ( the press cost under $300 )
Hell , I'm thinking about getting one , then get 1000 XTP bullets , then sell the NEW press here on GB for good buy ( around $225 or so )
I'll get 1000 XTP's for under $100 bucks
Not sure how long the promo will last , but if any members are thinking about a new press , this sounds like a good deal

I bought a die set from SW and set in the rebate for the bullets
they cashed the 4.95 S&H check but i haven't seen the bullets. going on 3 months since i mailed it in.

Yep...Got a new set of the Hornady dies too and haven't seen the bullets either...But Hornady has been real good to me over the years...So it really doesn't really matter.

IMO, the prices are so inflated on the bullets it makes doing it to sell the press almost not worth it.
If, however, you were considering one of those anyway then it would be a good deal. But, ex; the 30 cal 150gr are worth about $150.00 so losing a hundred bucks on the press does not make the effort enough for the small reward.
