shooting stand and target retreval system

I would like to see plans for a permenent shooting stand and also for a target retreval system.

    Look in older hardware store for Clothesline pulley system This uses a pulley at each end with a hand crank on the shooting stand end.

    That is along the lines I was thinking. Maybe a battery powered capstand pulley.
