Can't see front sight

My eyesight is not what it used to be and I find that I can't focus on the front sight of my 03-A3 rifle clearly. I wear trifocals and with the medium lens its's clear but it is not in the center of my vision when I shoulder the rifle. I need one of the clip on lens I've seen target shooters add to their shooting glasses but I don't know the actual name for it or where to find one.
