45 LC load for Encore 20" in 460 S & W

I have a lot of 45LC brass, H110, and 185 grain Hornady XTPs and would like to make some kind of target load to shoot through my Encore. All the data I can find is for revolvers with 240 grain bullets or more. I do realize that there will be a significant gap from the bullet to the rifling which will make any kind of respectable accuracy difficult.
Are these components capable of making such a round and if so, what kind of a powder charge would be a safe starting point? Any info would be appreciated!
