Does someone sell a manstopper round (e.g. hotter loading, HP, etc) in 38 S&W? (I have a S&W model 33 or do I need to buy a model 36 in 38 special?)

I agree, a 200gr lead bullet was the british service round; if you can find some, they'll do nicely. If you handload, any hollow point of appropriate weight and size would do fine, if you can't find any on the shelf.
