I saw one auction for the Rockchucker Supreme that stated it was developed for use with the UM calibers. Hmmm I can see maybe 50 cal (what press would one use for 50 cal???). I digress.
I have an old Hornady C press and a Dillon 650. I am looking for a Redding T-7 or other brand turrent press.
Will any of these accept the 338 RUM or the 7mm RUM? I haven't been reloading in a while and have not tried these.

My buddy and I use the RCBS Ammo Master for 50BMG Reloading.

If you plan to do this, BUILD A VERY VERY VERY STRONG BENCH. Reloading for that caliber is no joke and is a pain in the * in my opinion.
I use the RCBS Supreme for everything else. But I think if I had a Ultra Mag to load for I would go with the bigger Redding press.

I know Hornady makes a press just for the 50 BMG as well as RCBS.
much larger press to fit the much larger Dies.
