basic reloading

Based on ammo prices, I think I need to start reloading some, at least for my 2 "simple" cartridges, 357/38 and 44 mag. Only complication is that the 44 mag is for a Ruger carbine, so jacketed only and mostly full power
I've done a few thousands with a basic lee setup for 12ga. I'm assuming that a single simple load for these 2 calibers would be very similar - so what do I need to get started? Kit or piece it together myself? I'm doing this for budgetary reasons, so I'd like to be able to get started for 357/38 as inexpensive (but not cheap) as possible... I'd like to be able to produce 100 rounds or so with 2 or 3 hours of my time - possible?

It's possible to knock out about 100-200 rds in a couple hours. depending on how organized you are when you start.
The Lee deal that peppersac noted is a good one for pistol reloading. Whether you get it off fleabay or somewhere else. You don't need a big heavy single stage press for pistol loading like you would with rifle brass. Same with the ones dcs posted for you. Also, www.wideners.com is a good place for supplies and equipment
