Long shot Lee Enfield question about front sights

Dear shooting friends!
I just traded for a very nice 1916 BSA SMLE #1 Mk III* - all matching, all original, even has a very good bore. I am excited about this one! Last night I fitted it with a windage adjustable rear sight I had, and got to thinking about the front sight. Does anyone know the number of their front sight that brought the 200 yard zero down to 100 yards? I'd love to know other's experiences before I go to the range and spend a lot of time bore sighting, knocking sights in and out, and shooting at big pieces of paper. I have quite a few front sights, the current one is a # .0. I don't expect yours to work perfectly but it will give me a datum point. In any event, I am excited about the condition of this rifle. They seem to be getting scarcer in the auctions, but there are still lots of #4's, which are great shooters in my experience.(I have four of them.) I've learned a lot from this forum and thank all of you who have taken the time to answer my wierd questions in the past. Scrmblerkari (kari@calmoto.com)
