Removing crimped, "pierced" primers.

I've been working on some unfired LC 30-06 brass. It is deprimed and had the crimped removed, on most of it anyway. There are a couple where the depriming machine punched all the way through the primer without removing it. I thought if I went slow there I might be able to catch enough of it to punch it out but my decaping pin went right through the hole already there. No big suprise. Anyone have any way to easily remove it? Thought I'd ask before I go charging off and make it harder for myself in case someone has a brilliant idea I didn't come oup with! Thanks.

If there is any chance the primers are still live, be sure to wear your safety glasses, just in case a primer "pops".
