sporting clay load suggestions?

anyone have a good load for Sporting Clay shooting? I will be using 2 3/4 Winchester AA HS hulls and have not decided on 1oz or 1 1/8oz
I will be shooting out of a Winchester SX3 semi-auto.

17.5 grains of IMR 700X or 17.5 grains of Red Dot gives 1145 FPS

Try 19.3 grains red dot win AA wad,1 1/8 oz #7 1/2, I'm down to my last box of Herters red wads, so I tried the AAs and they work just as well.
    For what it's worth.

I shoot sporting clays all the time and love using 18 grs. of titewad
it burns real clean and is cheap shooting. Just a thought.
    Good luck

Now if shot would come down to under $44 here I would be in good shape.

I'm using 7/8 oz 8's, 18 grains of PROMO (loads like RED DOT) Claybuster wads (Replacment for AA12 SL), WIN 209 primer, AA hull. It's around 1200 fps, The powder is pretty dirty, but it's the cheapest I can get. I use this load for trap, skeet, and sporting clays. It's real good from the 16yd line, and not bad for the 27yd line in trap. It's also a real nice load for sporting clays.
