The 150 is a bit light for the 30/30, but here's some data for the 170 grain bullet using IMR 4895..
IMR 30-31 will give you lots more velocity (400fps+), and may even be more accurate than IMR 4895

This should get you going, and be perfectly safe with the 150's

    IMR 4895 start---18.0 grains=1257 fps
    IMR 4895 max---21.6 grains=1476 fps

    IMR 3031 start---23.1 grains=1626 fps
    IMR 3031 max---26.2 grains=1838 fps

The Lyman book doesn't give any loads for 4895.
    It gives for a 152gr.cast,
    25.0-30.0 IMR-3031
    The Hodgdon book gives,
    30.0gr. H-4895 as max for a 150gr. gas check.

    OK - now I'm confused

    IMR 4895 max---21.6 grains=1476 fps

    The Hodgdon book gives,
    30.0gr. H-4895 as max for a 150gr. gas check.

That seems to be a big difference. And to dispay my ignorance - what do you mean by "gas check"

"H" and "IMR" 4895 are not the same powders. Gas checks are small copper cups that are fitted to the base of some cast bullets. The bullet mold must be of the type that is made for a gas check. The info on the mold box will usually have a GC by it.A gas check will keep the base of the bullet from melting and also scrape the barell on the way out to reduce leading and allows higher velocities.
