40S&W Reloading

Well as most know .40 S&W bullets are not cheap. That's my question is the fact of the matter is I can find 100 fmj 40 S&W for 10-12 dollars. Well even if I buy 500 or 1000 they still want what I can get 100 for which is like $10-12. Now at that price I can buy full ammo new loads for the price I spend on the primers and everything else. So my question is does anyone know where I can get any 40S&W bullets (not lead) cheaper at prices like: Less than $50 per 500 or a good deal on 1000.
Thanks
Thanks

second one down. around $55.00 plus shipping for 500rds.... cheapest i can find. in my opinion, it's worth the extra cleaning effort to shoot non-jacketed lead bullets if you can save some money. heck, after shooting a bunch of them i just fire a magazine full of copper jackets and they'll clean the vast majority of the lead out of the barrel for me
tis the only way (without using lead) to save any money when reloading 40S&W. HP's are $15 per 25 around here.
some ranges may not allow them ours does, sometime we hunt jack rabbits with pistol (it's a kick in the shorts) FMJ's just don't do nuff damage and like you said its hard to save money reloading when you can buy a box of 50 for $12 bucks. although I will say that is becomine harder to do around here. as the last box I bought was more like 15-16
I just bought 1000 winchester 165gr JTC (.400) for $93.00 delivered, on 5/26/08. He includes freight in his prices.
