Since I had a 2lb ice cream scale(1/4 oz increments) already for making radio control airplanes, I took a Crown Royal whiskey bag and tied it to the trigger with a string. Held rifel striaght up, added small increments of weights untill gun fired on an empty casing. Since my wife was tired of holding the rifle up,lol, I ascertained that my trigger pull was 44 ounces. with the possiblity of 2 or 3 ounces less. So its around 2 1/2 .,, 2 3/4 lb pull. Not a bad ballpark number for the first try.
