Lyman 310 Nutcracker

Are there 2 sizes of 310 tool; a large and small?
I'm selling a set on the auction side and hadn't heard of more than one size. It has the screw in insert that allows for head sizes like .22 Hornet, .44 Special, .30-06, etc.
A bidder has emailed me asking if it's the large or small and insisting that the 310 was made in those 2 variations. (He's concluded that mine is the small variation made for pistol cases but I've used it with .257 and '06 dies.) I've used the 310 off and on for about 50 years, but since I inherited my equipment and have never gone out to buy a nutcracker I wonder if this has slipped by me all these years.

Never knew that.
My 310 is item # 103352681, titled Lyman 310 "Nutcracker".
No mention on the box of a "large or small", but it is marked as being for the 30-06. (Large?) Works fine with Hornets though.

Latest discovery just in: only difference is the "boss" on top where the dies screw in, if it's less than 1" high it's the small handles. Looks like Lyman still markets these things, I had a new catalog in the magazine bin and there in it.
Thanks for the page reference. That's what I love about this game.
Always something new to learn, and always folks willing to teach you.
My 310 tool is gone, but I have lots of dies, etc. kicking around and many more memories, so let me know if you want to talk 310's.
