    I load 50gr Nos. Ball. tips for my .223 but I use Benchmark under them

    Win brass
    Nos 50 gr bal tip
    federal 205 primer
    25.7 gr Benchmark powder
    2.26 oal

    Produces 3300 fps and .250 groups @100 yds
    out of my stock Remington 700 vls

    As much Varget as you can get in the case. Seriously... Depending on the make of brass, anywhere from 26-28 grains. Good for making small furry critters stop moving.

    25.8g Varget, but I use 50g Vmax; never tried Noslers. Up to 26g Varget seems to make no difference in group size, but they open up (my rifle) above 26g.

    (.5 MOA in a Tikka)
