what powder bushing for mec

I'm just starting on my first reloading attemp. what powder bushing will i need to get the same as Winchester AA super sport target loads. I have a #28 in a Mec 600 jr. for now. Any advice would be appreciated. thanks

    Go to www.mecreloaders.com and look at the bushing chart. It depends on the powder you are going to use for the right bushing. You can download the chart.

    Your #28 bushing has an application with Super Target & Super Field powders in the AA hull. Obtaining 1200fps with 1 1/8oz of shot and 1235fps with 1oz. using ST and an impressive 1300fps(+) with SF. It throws 19.8gr of ST and 27.4gr of SF. The correct wad would have to be determined. The Super Lite and Super Handicap powders are not recommended with this bushings volume. Of course this bushing has applications with other powders but you asked about the Winchesters.
