Good lord has anyone seen the price of this stuff lately
$4 a box of 50 are you kinding me, lead is down on the wholesale market were are these prices coming from??
We need ammo
the only thing available is CCI and agulia ($250 a case)
the rest is just out of reach price wise

Look around online. Midway, Natchez, ect and you should find some cheaper, even with shipping. What are you getting that is $4/50? Even some match ammo is less than that. You could also check out the auction side.
Elly sport(purple box)is $3.59 a box now once shipped it would be almost $4, $389 a case shipped
CCI is 3.50 per 50, $7 per 100

You might sniff around and see what winchester t-22 is per box. I used to use a lot of this stuff back in the day for practice, then switch to eley tenex for match shooting (way more consistent but you will cry when you see the price)
I have about 500 rounds of that left and only use it come match time for and then only on SF stages
its like 10 a box or more now days [V]
I bought 5 cases of 5000 rounds from CMP and paid $50.00 a case one penny per round [:D] Sad to say that was 5 years ago [:(!] All ammo has gone through the roof compared to just a few years ago . IT can't be blamed on lead prices alone . GREED from the ammo companies [?][?][?]
Nope, oil has a little to do with it but that too has been ticking down as ammo and gas continue to tick up at the consumers end [:(!]
I found eley sport wholesale for $300 a case, delivered
we are going to buy 10 cases and hope that will last a little while [:D]
Same place CCI and winchester wholesale is going for $400 and 425 a case
It will be interesting as lead and oil continue too lose value on the open market weather or not we see the same reflective in the cost of ammo and gas
then well will be able to determine if its really the cost of doing business or GREED
