    From the speer #14 manual for 180gr GS SP, tested OAL is 3.160". They suggest using a magnum primer.

    Min: 51.0@2540fps
    Min: 55.0@2677fps

    Thank you for the info,I have all those data from my different data books,but what I want to know is if anybody is using the Win760 in the 30-06 and having good result ,if so I will work a load for Moose hunting,and if not I will go and buy what I normally use.

    Win 760 works very well for me with 165-gr. bullets in .30-06. Accuracy and velocity are on a par with that of IMR 4350. I would have confidence in it for 180-gr. bullets, though to be honest I don't load those.

    You can use it as a ball type powder replacement for IMR 4350, or H4350. It is identical to H414 also. Being a ball type powder, and not extruded, it flows wonderfully thru a powder measure. It works well with a host of cartriges from the 243 Winchester thru the 300 Win. Mag.

    Here is a link to the Hodgdon/IMR/Winchester powder website. You can get all kinds of data from there.

    Sorry. I thought you were looking for "book" data. I have no personal experience with that load combination. Good luck!

    hello;

    have used ww760 for 20 years. use 51.5 grains with a magnum primer. if you do not use a magnum primer you might/will get a "pop bang".

    speed from 22" barrel, ruger mk11, 2565 fps. using speer bullet also. ww760 and h414 the same powder.

    zero 1" high = zero at @150 yards. never lost a deer using this load.

    also use the same powder charge for a hornady 170gr. bullet. very accurate. zero at 100 yards with this bullet will equal 1 inch high at 100 yards for the speer bullet.
