Where can I get a 22 cal drill bit that will leave rifling ?

Drill bits do not 'leave rifling', they drill a hole. Creating rifling is a process involving drilling, reaming and then using one of the forms of rifling, all done with fairly complex and expensive machines.
You can however, use a drill bit to make the hole in an existing .22 cal. rimfire barrel larger and then use a .22LR liner. Brownells has this whole set up.
Here are two descriptions of the process of barrel making. Both are fairly simple but you'll get the idea:

Best.
I had trouble with Remington Gold bullets, and was told by Ruger that they are off spec and will damage the pistol.
Curious,
What exactly are you wanting to do?
