Best price / bundle on hornady lnl for new loader?

altecgbaltecgb Member Posts: 165 ✭✭✭
I have decided to buy the LNL. I am new to reloading and would like to find a "bundle" package (press, die, case cleaner, etc) that would include everything I need to get started. Any thoughts?

Check with www.midwayusa.com and www.natchezss.com for the loading kits they have.

Unfortunately you will likely have to order from a couple of different places natchez does not have a good selection of shell plates but
Natchez has the best price on the loader $339 but their die selection also has a little to be desired. I just checked and they are out of stock if you can wait a few days maybe a week I will bet them get them in. I waited and they emailed me when they came in. was worth the 40-50 dollars I saved

Shell plates & 10pk of die bushings, are cheapest at Lock, stock, barrel

The only thing I would do different is buy hornady dies they are a little more money than lee but i think they would work the best in that press check midway & midsouth shooters supply for dies

case cleaner I'd look to midway and @ the frankford arsenal tumbler and separator kit is worth every penny

Natchez has the lnl back in stock but they won't sell to Tennessee residents.

Great kit, Midwayusa should have everything you need. Dies, shell holder(your talking single stage correct?), bullets, powder and primers. Get the last 2 locally. Also need a caliper, probably don't NEED anything else to start. The tumbler, case trimmer, primer pocket cleaner, electronic scale, etc. That can all be added later. Looking at the kit, I would get a stand for the powder measure, unless you can make your own or mount it between the die and the press.
