bullseye shooting and help

hello
i run a 26 week bullseye league for our club during the spring into fall. i have some new shooters that can not shoot 1 handed due to several issuses that they have. is there a nra league that uses the b2 and b3 50' that alloways the 2 handed shootinng? i use the handicapped book for figuring out scores. i want as many shooters a s i can get for the league but when 1/2 of us shoot 1 handed and the other 1/2 shoot 2 handed some of the shooters dont think that is fair. i tell them that they are shooting against their average and some of the 2 handers have a high average so it is harder for them to keep that while some of the 1 handers are low so it is easier for them to hit theirs. i think it all works out but just wanted to know if the nra ha a 2 handed sanctioned 50' bullseye program?

I run an outdoors 900 22 match every Wednesday during warm weather conditions and indoors during some winter days when raining & I don't hunt. Yes we do keep scores but they are only used by each shooter to judge their progress. I allow both 2 Handed and even shooting off the beach if unable to hold the gun up in a safe manner. as some of the shooters have physcial problems . almost to a person new shooters don't want to shoot one handed I suggest they try it but don't push them . When they finally try it and do it for 3 or 4 weeks they all state "I WISH I had let you talk me into this sooner"

You also might get each shooter to write down their score they are going to shoot before the match . Then subtract one point for each point below this guessed/hoped for score and TWO or THREE points for every point above their Guessed/hoped for score. Sort of like enduro motorcycle racing that have time check points. where too early is worst then too late. It is hard to sand bag with this system of scoring because only a very good shooter can pick what he wants to score on the last rapid fire target.
