brass identity/history

I bought a large lot of 38 special brass here on GB and in the process of cleaning, sorting, and sizing, I have found some headstamps I've not seen before. I've only been loading for 40 years and live in the sticks but haven't even seen these names mentioned in magazines. The headstamps run from Amerc to Zero but the ones I'm asking about are Amron, Harrington, and HiPer. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

I think Amron made cases with the Browning headstamp back when they had a house line of ammunition, as well as under their own name. I do not know their current status.
Never heard of Harrington brass.
