Blemished bullets at Midway

flyingtorpedoflyingtorpedo Member Posts: 1,301 ✭✭✭✭✭
Just thought I'd pass the word on if anyone needs plinking bullets. Midway has lots of blemished Hornady bullets, in several different calibers. Depending on what you are looking for you may be able to save a few bucks.

I got my "blemished" bullets today. I live close enough that it was worth the hassle to pick it up opposed to paying the shipping charges. What I paid in tax, I saved in not paying shipping. Most of the ones I looked at didn't have a spot on them. The ones that did had a small spec or two. I got some 30 cal and while I was making the trip I tossed in a few 8mm as well. I'm very happy with them.

The blems I got were cheaper then anywhere else and most places were out of stock on what I wanted. They no longer have the FMJ 30 cal's I got as I got the last of them. I have no need for 22 cal bullets either. I will agree with you that on some of the blems, it's not a deal at all. That's why I said depending on what you wanted, you may be able to save a few bucks.
