I have 2000 plus small rifle primers
can they be sub'ed in pistol if load is dropped 2-5%?

I'd see if you could to a 'wanted to trade' ad on one of the other forums and see if someone local wanted to trade or buy them; not worth shipping and hazmat for just 2000.
NO. do not use small rifle primers in small pistol cases. Kinda like putting the wrong ammo in a gun...
I'd find some friends locally to sell them to. Or, keep 'em cool and use 'em. It isn't like they're going to go bad. Store them right and they will last 20 + years.
