for use in semi-auto rifles...the ones that are a little harder than standard primers, to prevent slam-fires.?.? I cannot remember and I have a customer that needs some... Thanks!

If you do have worn parts it's much better to fix them. Those primers were a marketing idea from someone at CCI to fix a problem that does not exist and to sell a product by creating doubt and fear in the minds of certain people.
I have noticed a small pin prick mark on the primers of loaded shells that have been chambered and then un chambered but only in one of my two AR's. the RRA doesn't do this but the new (less than 50rds) DPMS does it every time

Any firearm that has a floating firing pin WILL do this. Some guns have a spring on the firing pin to allow it to go forward if a hammer hits it but has enough tension to keep the inertia from moving it when closing the bolt.
