NCG Gas Op Recoil 1911's

Has any one out there converted there 1911 from the link,spring& guild rod to this NCG system It makes a lot of sense ? But I'd like to hear feedback!

    Hello Joe I have one of their systems that is still IN THE BOX never installed . I think the system has merit But i have only seen and shot one prototype model. It was at Camp Perry one year and I like new concepts. I think the RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT is 95% done and a good gun builder could really have a great item to work with However at this time again IMHO it is not a drop in conversion. There is a Bullseye shooter Gunsmith that has built his own GAS GUN that lives in Hawaii but because of cost to get started and his health the last I heard he has not brought the product to market.
