Lee Reloader press question

I'm going to start loading .223 to feed my AR.
You guys got me thinking on that "case lubing" thread....
I was thinking about using a Lee Reloader as a sizing station for 223 to supplement my Dillon 550.
They seem to be a little less expensive than a Rock Chucker, and I wouldn't be asking it to do a lot. I'd just leave it set up as .223 decap/size.
So I guess my real question is: Where do the decapped primers go? I assume there's a slot in the ram? Then do they just drop out on the floor?
My Dillon has me spoiled with that little cup!

    On the Challenger press the primer drop out the side into a recess with a removeable plate for emptying. I would not even think about the little c type press for rifle case sizing. I have worn out about 5 of the Challenger presses but they are (or were) so cheap it's not an issue. I suggest you size and then tumble to remove the lube before priming and loading. I use a self-indexing 4 station to load pistol but size and hand prime in seperate operations.

    You could also use Lee case lube and just run them through the progressive press. It truly dries (make sure it is dry!) and wont' contaminate the powder charge. Then of course you have to remove the lube from the loaded rounds, but I never said it was easy... ;)

    On the other hand with goopy lanolin bases like Dillon's lube, then I'd advocate resizing first before running into the progressive machine. The Lee C frame press CAN resize but I'd sure not want to do a lot that way. The O frame challenger will be just fine and set you back maybe $50 shipped, last I looked. Or their Classic Cast runs about $90 and is beefy enough to do anything you might ask of it.

    My Lee turret press just drops the primers on the floor. I have to keep a trash can under it to catch them.
