The other two are just as PERRYSHOOTER says.
IMHO no the other three run at much higher pressure. I have seen many 9MM and 40 that were fired in glocks that looked like a pot belly pig on the area of the feed ramp I would inspect any 40 before loading no matter what gun it was fired in this is a HIGH PRESSURE round. Your mileage may vary.
perryshooter-I had a .40 Glock but hated it so I sold it and now have a SA XD-40 as a replacement. I saved a lot of the brass shot from the Glock in addition to the brass from the XD. Is it acceptable to reload the Glock brass or would it be wise to throw it out. I read about how the Glock doesn't fully surround the cartridge at the base so I would think it would be fairly easy to pick out any possibly damaged brass. I definitely do not want to damage my hand, gun, or eyes!
l can see loading your rds to +p+ specs for your defensive rounds. but why would you for your practice? id load 50-100 to +p+ but the rest might even be a mild load.
for me it's timing and accuracy i practice with as close to a carry round as possible, once you shoot with a actual timer you'll see it in a whole new light, i never use +p or +p+ 2 rounds a inch apart in 16/100th of a second at 10 yards right where i want them works for me
and yes over bell will ruin case life
