No, they're slightly different and as such, are not interchangeable.

Thanks for the reply ,In the back of my feeble mind I was thinking there was A minor diference,At a gun show today I looked at a cooper 17MK4 and the seller was telling me the were the same .I have 17FB dies.It was a good price but I think I will pass.---Thanks.
